got to agree with the lads, captain option is essential from round 1. might be going out on a limb here but i rank them

1. Ablett
2. Pendles
3. Swan
4. Boyd
5. Gibbs

Gibbs wont be a good captain pick every week, not even most weeks, but he does have a massive cieling vs his favourite teams...... just before you all rip into me....  ;)

and i am sure there are others worthy of wearing the big C from time to time.

i'd prob agree with that order apart from gibbs, but your obviously backing him for a big year. i reckon he will too, just wont post big enough and consistent enough scores to be number 5 for me.

1.ablett
2.pendles
3.swan
4.selwood
5.boyd

So you boys aren't into Cox? ;)
Boyd produces too many sub 100 scores for my liking. He usually goes 120, 110, 120, 70, 110, 120, 80.... etc

I'd rate Cox higher, Thompson against the trash teams (40-50 touches etc), Sandilands (remember his 105 when he was injured 5mins into the 3rd quarter or something?) all better *sometimes* captain choices than Boyd.

Gotta stick with GAJ or Pendles for week in, week out C though.

I've only ever upgraded to GAJ in the past.

Last year it was "What no Swan in your team? Gluck getting in the top 10,000", and those that picked Pendles over him had the last laugh.

That being said GAJ is in my team from round 1 this year :P
