I would downgrade johnson in forward line (maybe an upgrade target later?) to franklin. That will free up 30k and then give you 199k in the bank.
downgrade conca to hargrave and that takes your bank to 240k.
upgrade barlow to boyd. (bank now at 91k)
then upgrade waters to one of fisher, heppell or someone else under 429k.

Balances your side a little more then :)

yeah i loved waters a few years back though and i reckon he could do it again this year, will keep an eye on it, however.
