How to include pics in your post

Howdy
I have seen people post a screen shot of their DT sides this season and wonder how it is done. I have a screenshot and everytime I click on the "Insert Image" icon it brings up "" and I am unsure of what to do next.

I like the idea of the picture as it saves a lot of time rather then typing your team out.

Any help would be appreciated.
