Ill probably get booed here. But im going to say it anyway. 4 words .... Leroy Jetta Break out... Its like a gut shot in texas holdem poker when you raise that 5 3 and hit the board hard on the flop. Thats the way i feel about Jetta. Not sure if he fits in my structure and with brown but thats what could make him the ultimate smokie... now for the not for me feedback....

I actually had a look at Jetta a few weeks ago but to be honest with so many great DPP mids available in the forwards this year your just making things harder than they need to be imo. Even if he 'broke out', I highly doubt he'd average more than 80. Also, there's a number of dons players that play a similar game (zaha, monfries to name a few). Pass.

I don't know if any of you watched the bombers play last week but one very interesting thing I noticed was the presence of Jetta in the back line. Jetta played a loose man in defence type role and was the one to kick out. (fletcher wasn't playing though). Anyway he got a lot of possession playing this position, a position similar to Yarrans new defensive role of last year. I do in fact think that Jetta could have a break out year. He's ready to take his game to the next level after showing some promise last year. Consistnecy has always been an issue. Anyway will I take the risk? probably not but craft coat, i think you are definitely onto something

Jetta is my least liked bombers player. Still like him because he's a bomber, but he can be so frustrating at times eg ANZAC Day last year.

The F.A.R.K.

word out of the belgian bashers camp is he is absolutely tearing up at atraining set for a huge year

PowerBug

Not for me. :P :P (sure he is FARK)

TheMailman

No and no

Played all 22 games last season and decreased his average from 2010. Big no

Awkwardly priced. only 3 100's last year with 13 sub 70 scores. That's way too much IMO

nostradamus

Very unlikely in my opinion .....and l barrack for the bombers

But if he has a role change and he does switch to defense and rips it up in the nab cup his stocks would go up significantly

If Jetta does play the half back flanker role in a similar vein to Yarran then he could increase his fantasy scoring output.

Even though I won't select him due to some of the reasons the other people have mentioned as well as team structure I would say to go with your gut on this one Owen. If Jetta happens to have his breakout this year he could be a massive point of difference.

JBs-Hawks

Was Yarren a keeper last year? What makes you think Jetta will be playing a similar role?

Windigo

My ultimate smoky is X.Ellis. Huge upside if he plays 22 games.
