Hurn (WC) bye rnd 11, had a kick/handball ratio of 9:1 and hit long targets.

I have Johncock also in my backs ;-)

Nice one. Also a unique pick! Do you have goddard and shaw as well?

hurn had a 9:1 k/hb ratio last year and disappointed a lot of ppl. not saying he;s not worth a punt, but let's not lose our shower over how much of a "bargain" he is.

Yeah he burnt me a couple of years ago when i though he was going to have a blinder and step up from 2009. Hes saying hes done heaps of work on his endurance over the PS to run out the games better but that doesn't really mean he will be able to shake a tag. He's on the cusp of my team, In atm and he is due for a big year. He has so much potential with those long accurate kicks. I reckon he is destined for the NFL as a kicker in years to come.

fever

his bye placement is the biggest tick in his box atm i think, especially compared to the other prem defenders

Suckling for me. I reckon the Hawks back structure will let him do as he pleases. May just be the backline of the season. Except when they get clobbered by the pies of course.

FonFatty

Burgoyne will move back to 100 average this year. Lots of ppl had him simply as a midfielder last year, he ended up burning a lot of ppl but he still averaged 80 having a poor season. In the finals he averaged 120. Liked the look of him on Friday, he oozed SILK.

felsty

i ended up upgrading heppell to birchall as i like the hawks backline.. this is a hot topic but with lots of people naming some left field options, i love it ;)

Good point. With Gillham and Stratton going down last year it effected Burgoyne's scores a lot.

Imo Heppell is one of those players with all the time in the world like a Rob Harvey or Jimmy Hird but I agree with Fonfooty and think it should be Burgoyne`s year...He will carve them up.

SonsOfZeus

adcock if he plays mid role. will average 105 in mids around 70 if played back.
