My advice. Delete this thread >> Take a look thorugh the previous 3-5 pages on this board and you will see alot of good advice there on rookies.

From the mods:

When posting in the  "Players & Trades" section, coaches should look through the last 3 pages of posts to see if the players they want to discuss already have threads. Chances are at least one of them does. If you think about your idea, you can probably find a way to fit it into such an existing thread.

That goes for everyone. Having all these threads is really confusing and annoying, especially since i remember answering the same question only the day before
