B: Goddard, Scotland, Grimes, Heppell, Clarke, Tomlinson, Mohr, (L.Brown, Morris)
M: Ablett, Mitchell, Selwood, Hayes, Coniglio, Wingard, (K.Stevens, J.McDonald)
R: Cox, McIntosh, (Giles, Big O)
F: Franklin, Goodes, Fyfe, Chapman, Christensen, Zorko, Saad (Smedts, Kerridge)

Goddard - Gun and must have
Scotland - May drop off a little but there is a lack of premium defenders making him a must
Grimes - Don't like picking injury prone players but if he can stay fit he scores really well ... worth a risk
Heppell - Future captain - no such thing as the 2nd year rule
Clarke - Must have cash cow at that price ... Collingwood love him as well
Tomlinson & Mohr - watch NAB but quality draft picks lesson the risk
L.Brown - DPP and good reports - again watch NAB
Morris - Mature age recruit - will be better as the NAB unfolds

Ablett - Gun and must have
Mitchell - Potential Brownlow winner this year!!  Great start in NAB .. only avg 10 less then Swan last year and is improving with age!
Selwood - underpriced and a gun - that one game when he was injured last year makes him a streal
Hayes - could be hayes or barlow really
Coniglio, Wingard - two gun draft picks - must get on now that Shiel may not player early games ... watching Clifton as well!!
K.Stevens - break out year ... watch NAB ... helps LeCras is injured ... opens up a spot in the 22 regardless of position
J.Mcdonald - safe cash cow ...

Cox - How can people really leave him out .... the master!!
McIntosh - could be smith or kruizer - watching nab
Giles/Big O - lock and lock - easiest two picks this year!!!

Franklin - need i say more
Goodes - absolute gun with good draw to start the year ... should avoid his apparent usual slow start
Fyfe - Will be the best player in the comp in a few years at this rate ... scary potentail .. can you really not pick him!!!
Chapman - the old master ... if fit you NEED this guy in your team
Christiensen - Break out year ... I am sure either Chapman will get injured or this guy peek prior to the bye
Zorko - Another gun rookie ... safe as houses to get games!!
Saad - mature age ... watch NAB
Smedts - lock for all teams ... will not avg 100 or anything but good, safe cash cow
Kerridge - DPP, will get games

Let me know your thoughts!!

big_cox21

scary that you say christienson is a good pick because you think chappy will get injured allowing him to dominate, but then you have chappy in you side. ide say pick 1. i have chappy.

need to let people know how much cash you have too.

i think goodes fyfe chappy and christenson share the rnd 12 bye?

ide give it a 7/10

cant really offer help without knowing your left over cash

rate mine :)

Thanks for the feedback.

I swapped Chapman for Martin.
I really think Christiensen will break out this year ... (and I hate Geelong!!)

I also swapped Saad for Pfieffer ... but NAB will determine these final rookies still obvisouly.

$16,700 left in kitty.

Strong team, not too much i dislike about it. You've made some compelling arguments about your player selection.

Thanks Mozza.

I have played with it a little ... I think it is now more solid:

Defender: Goddard, Scotland, Grimes Heppell, Clarke, Mohr, Morris, (Bugg, Wilkes)
Midfield: Ablett, Swan, Selwood, Hayes, Coniglio, K.Stevens, (Zorko (DPL), L.Brown (DPL))
Ruck: Cox, Smith, (Giles, Stephensen)
Forwards: Franklin, Goodes, Martin, Fyfe, Christiansan, Hampton, Pfeiffer, (Smedts, Kerridge)

Smith seems a better prospect the H.McIntosh, Swan will outscore Mitchell and Martin in place of Chapman for bye balance.  A few rookie moves to get some money where needed.

Mozza3

3 from 3 with those trades. Particularly with Zac Smith, I think he's a good sneaky pick to really up his average this year.
