A unique no swan or gaj approach??

Hi all i am seriously considering going a bit unique and having swan and gaj as upgrade targets. Starting with three gun mids that i think will be in the top 6 by the end of the year plus daisy who i think could bust out in a big way???

TEAM NAME: Hot Jalapenos                   KITTY: 36k

DEF: Scotland, Goddard, Birchall, Grimes, Hargrave, Bugg, Morris ( Spurr, Brown)

MIDS: Boyd, Mitchell, Selwood, D Thomas, Van Berlo, Miles (Neale, Mcdonald)

RUCK: Jacobs, Giles (Derickx, Stephenson)

FOR: Chapman, Franklin, Goodes, Martin, Brown, Hampton, Kerridge (Smedts, Panos)

So what are peoples thoughts?? Please vote and give feedback.

I have the option to downgrade van berlo to a rook and then derickx to mummy someone in that price range.

Is it worth it tho?? Can van berlo break the 105+ this year and become a keeper? With the draw he has at the start of the year its hard not to keep him in there

Really don't like the rucks at this stage but otherwise the teams looks good for one without Swan or Gaz.

No real prem ruck imo. Jacobs is not quite there yet.

If you were to downgrade Van Berlo to a rookie (I suggest B Lee from the Bombers should he get upgraded to the senior list), what's the best ruck combination could you get by upgrading both Jacobs and Derickx?

Jacobs is a lock for me as he has cemented the crows number one ruck spot and has an easy.draw.

But by downgrading van berlo I can get.any ruck besides cox and goldy

Sandilands is the man then. He's a proven star and despite last season's worries hasn't missed many games with injury. Van Berlo isn't quite there yet.

Also the other move I would make is Thomas --->Watson. He is just that bit more premium than Daisy IMO.
