beams vs sidebottom

currently have beams and was considering sidey. was beams form last year just a one off against easy teams and in the latter part of the season.

will sidey push his average past 100+.

im still thinking beams but really unsure. keep second guessing myself.

in an interview the DTTALK boys had with Buckley he clearly stated that beams will be playing closer to goals than sidey when he was asked this quesion and said sidey will be running all day (must mean midfield)  :D

Interesting. But isn't that the dt lucrative role that beams played last year on the hff so might not be such a bad thing. Although I just have a funny feeling about sidey and Thomas who broke out in his fifth year. I feel like this might be sideys year but he is yet to show he has the ceiling of beams

they will both play midfield. beams will play as a high half forward which is basically another mid

it's a tough one but i'd be leaning more towards sidebottom as it seems he'll be getting more time in the mids and IMO he has better job security. Plus it's alot of extra $$$ to be spending on beams where it could be useful in other area's

beams too expensive, if u really want him use him as an upgrade target when he drops to 450

Haha, whoops. Gotta remember that the start of the season is way off.  :P

But still, time for Sidebum to step it up and be a mid. A mid that floats forward and kicks cheap goals.  ;)
