Who will be the number one ruckman? will they play two in the ruck? any insight is helpful  ;)

Seeing as Will Minson not only finished 4th in the VFL's best and fairest count along with averaging 130 SC points for the season, he's got #1 ruck written all over him. He could be a unique pick up this year given that there's no Hudson to compete with anymore.

However, it all comes down to what McCartney thinks of Minson. Roughead could be a strong chance to get the #1 ruck as well after a fantastic run towards the end of last years season.

Ayce Cordy is unlucky to miss out here, he's got such great talent, but isn't given the opportunities to show them off.

You'll definitely get a better idea after the NAB Cup, but it's either Minson or Roughead for the #1 ruck.

yep minson if the bulldogs have any hope of success or half a clue.

there could be a real diamond in the rough come out of the doggis ruck division this year, like Goldstien or mcevoy last year. its a position to watch in the NAB to see who is playing and who is playing well in the ruck out of the doggies big men.
