The F.A.R.K.

By using the FARK's three easy steps you too can have guns like the fark



1- Food
Eat lots of essential protein which is your animal products. That includes chick, beef, egg, fish ect. This will help repair your muscle cells in between working out

2-Work Out
Lift a few sets every second day of the week increasing your weight slightly every time. The day break gives your torn muscles time to repair (using amino acids found in proteins) and lets them repair slightly bigger than they were before tearing

3-Squeeze one out every now and then
Jerkin the gherkin every now and then builds up aerobic capacity in your biceps and triceps. Change things up every now and then by alternating hands to stop this from happening

I just searched PB in google images. The one below is also of me before i gave up wanking
