Both will average 85+ if fit, but who to choose?

Beau showed he's got what it takes 2 years ago, but Grimes has burnt all of us in the past two seasons.. so who will it be?

Reports out west that waters is still underdone.

Facing the same question myself. Waters being under done helps. I took the risk late last year and picked him up and he was a little frustrating.

I can't go past the fact that Grimes hasnt played more than 14 games in one season.

Waters has put in three 19+ game seasons and is a premiership player, but had 3 of 10 or less...

I'm not picking either.

Grimes will score more than Waters if he stays fit.  Plus with Grimes being named co-captain it could spur him on even more.  Grimes locked for me.  He burned me last year but I've given him one last chance.

i think if both fit grimes will outscore waters, so based on that i picked grimes before waters but i have both. Im not happy having waters i just cant afford anyone better.

In the same boat with my Ellis pick up.

I rate Ellis higher than Waters.

I'd go Grimes.

If they play 20+ games both are going to be in the top 10 of defenders. To be honest if both were playing id pick em. If they get injured they should at least hold their starting value, pending on the number of games they play will probably rise in value. So a downgrade on a rookie is going to be close to upgrading both of em to premos(Thats a worst case scenario).
