Heppell / Swan vs Grimes / Pendles

I can't decide which combo to go with ... would love to have both Heppell and Pendles but I am $30k short. Grimes is risky but he is the only way I can fit Pendlebury in my team. ARGHH  :-\

Pendles will come down in value at some point, and that is the time to pounce.
