Kieren Jack :P

His name has actually been thrown around here and there, but I don't know if there's been a dedicated article. Anyway, found an article in the 'paper' (aka MX) about him. (I'll basically post the important bits since I have it in paper form :P )
'Jack a reborn ace in Swans' deck'
'injured his right ankle in round 6' (before hand was killing it in DT
'people tend to forget that two years ago he won our best and fairest'
'did his ankle, missed 6 weeks then/// did it again'
''it was the first time in my career I'd really been injured'
'100% confidence it is back to normal'

worth jumping on?

*waits for the 'no he won't be in the top 6 mids this year*

actually sick of that argument. Plenty of worthwhile players wont finish top 6, but if he put his average up to 100, then he's a great pick.

PowerBug

Won't be in the top 6 mids this year and i have a better unique. Pass.

Master Q

Good player and has potential but not really worth it IMO. Plus Swans don't seem to be going anywhere...

you're a filthy liar.

As a Sydney fan obviously I love Jack  ::) He's a fantastic player

At his best form and positioning he could 105 every week against any opposition. You're right about the top 6 mids thing as well

However, he is a little bit injury prone due to the in and under, crash smash sort of footy he plays. That means that every season there'll be an very low outlier score from head knocks etc.

He also sometimes gets played as a tagger where he can really inconsistant. I always show the Jack vs. Judd reference in the 2010 Elimination final (because I know it well)

At some points he absoltuely smashes it and at other points he's really quiet

Although I'm sure he'll destroy this season for us, I don't have the balls to pick him  :P
