The rucks were the easiest to pick and the only area of my ground I have not even considered changing ! Go with the gut.

yep just set and forget, 2 premos, the 2 rooks. any of the premos will be good. the only difference between the premo ruckman this year will be there names and the color of the guernsy they wear. at least we wont all have the sandi/cox combo for once!

Rucks were a pain in the ass last year.

Burgs and Hmac seems appealing to me.

For SC Natanui and Ryder is locked and loaded for me.

im going mummy & leauy was going sandi istead of mummy but it said in the papper that sandi will get more rest time under coach roos lyon ;)
