Versus Melbourne

I ventured to Eithad and enjoy myself more then i thought i would for a NAB game
from a hawks point of view i took these out of the game

- Were gona smash it this year , looked really good
- Boumann looks like a good key back
- Batemen's first half was great
- Hale set for a good year,Though got me thinking bout how roughy and Hale will fit
- Buddy is a freak..oh wait i already knew that ;)
- Schoenmakers has improved
- Whitecross great signs of improvement
- Hallahan looked depsite hardly having much time

and Melbourne supports take NAB way to seriously :P

What were your thoughts on Lowden? Did he get much game time at all?

Not much game time started as a sub im pretty sure an didnt show heaps in his time on

We turned the ball over at times and Bouman held his own on Clark. It certainly is looking like we could be looking at going one better this year.If we make the Grand final i don't think the only team that may stop us is the Magpies but i f we get Roughy back we will be an awesome unit.

It was good to see goog old baity playing well. He ran hard and played well around the ground. His first half was really good. Dont shoot me but i think he would be a great sub player. His skills are great but hes going to slow down the 2nd half of the year, if he plays for a half i think it would work out well.

just my opinion and speculation. what you guys think?
