I love camping as long as it's not with the inlaws (which it is once a year for 10 days at Hervey Bay in SEPTEMBER) DT on my ipad a magpies beenie and a bunch of insufferable cats suppporters !!

Taking the kids to Giraween next holiday great there, I'm a hotel and resort man myself but the kids love it and i do like to fish tho i prefer doing that on a boat out on one of the reefs, catch a lot more!!

Another fisherman, thats good, i have a fishing thread in the Front Bar you may want to check out. Not to many keen anglers here though sadly.

On the last day of school me and some friends went down to the lake. One of my friends brought along his old dodgy fishing rod. My first cast was a doozy,  I must have snapped it back to hard/fast and the lure and shower went 'plop' into the water.

So I effectively lost my mate's really good 'hook thing'  I don't know much about what is. Sometimes when I cast off half the rod would go flying off into the water.  8)

Also, a couple of girls from school tried to cast out and the hook got snagged in my fly if you can believe it.  :P
