First half of year vs second half statistics

Does anyone know where I can find some statistics regarding player averages for rounds 1-12 vs 13-24 or something of the sort ? Preferably a list of every player and how their first half of the year compared with their second half instead of having to go through every individual  player. Or even a list of every player with their round by round scores?

Tom rockliff and jack redden both improved their scoring drastically in the second half of 2010 and they turned out to be absolute premiums this year. I would just like to see if there were any players from 2011 that could possibly do the same.  E.g jack ziebell (why did he have to get suspended?)

But closer to the actual release of Dream Team 2012 they have all kinds of articles including half year statistics  :)

Yeah cool. I'm already a massive fan of Dttalk.  Was just bored so thought I would try to find some statistics.
Also, robbie gray averaged 66 in the first half of the year and 97 in the second half. Worth noting.
