Hi mate, just a quick look at your team...

DEF: Ok, not sure re; Grimes/Grima
MID: Good, I think this is where you need to take a punt on some rookies.
Ruck: Get rid of West, upgrade him to someone who's gonna get you more points.
FWD: Solid, though I would think maybe a downgrade is required to afford to upgrade West.

I'd give it about 6/10 at this juncture.

Like everyone else, I'm waiting for the good oil on which rookies are good to go for 2012.

Mids Interesting combination going without Pendles, Swan, Murphy or Judd.  May pay off for you,

As you say watch your rookies during pre season.  You may be able to pick up some at a basement price and free up cash if they are performing better than you Rookies with increased prices due to round 1 draftings. Think from memory O'Meara can not play till 2013.
