Coaching Structure

New coaching panel has been confirmed today.

Basically has:

Senior Coach: Brenton Sanderson
Senior Assistant / Forward Line Coach: Mark Bickley
Development Coach / Forward Support: Tate Kaesler
Midfield Coach: Scott Camporeale
Strategy and Innovation / Midfield Support: Dean Bailey
Development / Ruck and Stoppages Coach: Matty Clarke
Defence Coach: Darren Milburn
Development Manager / Defence Support: Peter Jonas

On paper it looks like a very good blend of 'youth and experience', and a good mix of people who have been involved in the club and new faces. I was never a big wrap for Bicks as a coach, but he proved late last year that he offers something, and definitely has the support of plenty in the industry. Let's hope the with the extensive list changes and the new look coaching panel, a breath of fresh air around the place translates into some on field form!

the list was expected to do much better then it has so far, looking forward to 2012
