We nabbed:

6. Jai Sheahan - An 18 year old KPP, would need a fair while to develop as he is a bit skinny (195cm, 82 kg), but he was considered a top 30 national draft prospect and many were surprised he wasn't picked up. Won the best and fairest for the Geelong Falcons and came 2nd in goal kicking for the league.

24. Tom Couch - Son of 1989 brownlow medalist Paul Couch, turns 24  next year and is a tough inside midfielder who is always hungry for the ball.

42. James Magner - Much the same as Couch, turns 25 next year and is a clearance specialist. He and Couch would fill a big need in Melbourne young and fragile midfield.

59. Leigh Williams - A big key forward. 193 cm and 95 kg who is 21. Won the Eastern Football League goalkicking with 80, a guy that baffles many as  to why is was taken in the rookie draft, let alone this late.

To be honest, I think Melbourne recruited magnificently! Tops off the needs currently in our list. We have a knack for selecting good rookies. We have got Jake Spencer, Jordie Mckenzie and Dan Nicholson with our top rookie draft pick in the past 3 drafts.

How do you guys think we went, who should we have got if not these guys?
