Breaking news â€" Jamie Charman has today informed his teammates of his retirement from AFL. Charman will speak to the media at 11.30am today.

Just heard this myself Sad to see
Thought he was on the improve with his game in the reserves so came out of the blue.
Sad to see him go and enjoyed his hardness to the ball and the way he played the game.

he was a great player he was definitely one of my favourites so its very sad to see him retire, hopefully he can do something useful with his life from here on though  :'(
