Port Melbourne

After watching today's vfl gf on tv, I was thinking there are a few players in the Port team that could make the transition to afl. It is an awesome effort to go through the season undefeated especially seeing they are a stand alone team in a league full of afl listed players, also was wondering if anyone thinks this could give Gary Ayres a springboard back into afl coaching?

Heard about the port melbourne win, good job to them.

I think ayres should stay at vfl, he has had a chance.

Along with pm players, central district, my team, here in sa also have players who could play afl, although i'd rather see them stay as it's now 12 grand finals in a row, having won ten of them. :)
