Upgrade N. Lower or Sideways trade Pavlich?

My midfield and forward line has coverage with the likes of Mzungu, Krakouer, Smith, D Prestia and have J. Bolton in the  middle as coverage also.

Although in my defence have to play either Lower or Mckernan, but can trade up Lower.... to Birchall (most liekly)

Or should i trade Pavlich in the forward line for say a Rioli or Fyfe?

or $402,800 with Lower trade

Go with gut feel.  Look at your opponents team and see where you need to negate their advantage. If in Defence trade there or Forwards trade there. If confident of winning and this is last trade maybe even sit as Lower will probably not perform as bad as his last game.
