I was thinking of subbing Petrie into my Rucks and Lobbe into my Forwards and Upgrade Lobbe to Higgins, Nahas, Giansiracusa or Robbie Gray.

Why would you trade at all if you aren't even playing this week?  If you trade in one of those guys they could get injured and you won't even get to play them in an important match.
