Computer Processor

I have just got my hands on Assassin's Creed for PC and it says the minimum requirement for the PC's processor must be
Dual core processor 2.6 GHz Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ or better recommended)
and the computer I have has
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 260u Processor, 1800 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
As I don't know much about computers was just wondering if someone could tell me whether the computer I have is at the minimum level or not? Thanks in advance
