Would just like to say a big thank you to goodesy  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D  :-* :-* :-* :-*

Oh and forget about anything I said against u during the match ;D

roo boys!

Blah :P

Couldn't make my mind up...wanted him to kick it so Essendon wouldn't get the win, but chose not to bring him in in SC this week so he would have scored about 798914389431820 if he kicked it. So I'm not too fussed.

I'm disappointed with the result, but you can't blame Goodesy, he played a blinder, the Jetta turnover was the turning point and match decider.

Goodesy's kicking has let him down all season, and has probably cost us a few games but this one was more obvious because it was the last kick of the game. Sure he played well but c'mon mate!  :(

I never like to call it the deciding kick. As much as it is that the things that happen 3-4 minutes before it are surely more important
Such as the Jetta handball, or if Goodes had slotted that (which he very nearly did) the Hurley miss.
Players either step up or step down when the game is in the balance.
IMO Jetta cost you the game with a couple of bad moves up forward (despite the goal) and then the handball that gave us the momentum for victory.

Did you know, if at a ruck contest a player of the defensive team punches the ball through the posts on the full, it's a goal to the opposition ruckman? I just heard it on AFLGameDay as it happened last night.

RiOtChEsS

lets not forget that one Goodesy missed in the first half running into an open goal...

chose not to bounce with nobody around and missed it from 15m out directly in front :o

Fireballz

He also missed another open goal in the last quarter. Swans kicked 2.9 and Goodes kicked 3.4...
Annoying!

SydneyRox

it was really one of strange games from Goodes. He was everywhere, and will probably poll the 3 votes. But like the guys have said, he missed two shots from straight in front when he could have run to the line to kick them as well as the intentional into the goals free kick that is 16points!!

I dont have an issue with the last kick of the game, reckon if anyone in the team was to take it I would be most happy with Goodes, maybe Eski would be the only one better.

PowerBug

Goodesy always tries his hardest and is a champion of the game. 3 votes for sure.
