schezza

can someone tell me how u calculate them??

GoLions

just look up the player that you want to find b/e for and it will come up in his profile. can also click on the 'new prices/breakevens' link in the matches at the top of the homepage for breakevens of all players in the team/s.
Here's one for the carlton collingwood game, supercoach breakevens are at the bottom.

*gets paper out*

New Price = (0.75 * Old Price + 0.25 * Average of Last 3 Rounds * Magic Number)

So.... BE.... is when New Price = Old Price...

0.25*Price = 0.25*Average of Last 3 Rounds*Magic Number

Price = Average of Last 3 Rounds * Magic Number

Price = (Score Last Round + Score Round Before That + BE) /3* Magic Number

3*Price/Magic Number = Score Last Round + Score Round Before That + BE

So BE = 3* Price/Magic Number - Score Last Round - Score Round Before That

I just can't find the magic number..... think it is around 5200 or so.
