Who to start?

I've got 3 positions for 5 players: Adcock, Stanley, Lower, Puopolo and Duffield. Not sure who to start and who to sit.

Adcock, Lower and Puopolo should start.

Duff needs a week off to realize how bad behead last week and Stanley 'should' get hammered by the pies midfield.

For me, should I start
Isaac Smith vs Melbourne
Or
Nick Riewoldt vs Adelaide

Im in a similar spot, ive got stanley adcock and poupolo to consider...

at the moment i have stanley on the field with adcock and pups on the bench...  but still considering putting adcock on by end of day...   

tough decision this one!

Normally I play Lower especially after 130 last week, but playing West coast this week where he got 42 earlier in the year. I'm look more at puopolo.
