Defence Downgrade Trade Help

Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a dilemma this week. I want do a downgrade-upgrade trade this week, but I'm stuck as who to downgrade, and who to downgrade to.

Trade OUT: one of Puopolo, Duigan, Hibberd, Jacobs
Trade IN: one of Talia, M.Watson, Hooper (on extended bench atm)

Whose the best option to trade in, and who should I trade out. Atm, im leaning towards Hibberd or Duigan OUT and Talia IN. Thanks in advance.

Just wait a week, as Hibberd and Puopolo aren't playing, and Talia isn't on the bubble til then.

Thanks for the reply. I kinda need to do it this week so I can upgrade my fwds and next week I might do a back upgrade because I've got some tough and crucial league games coming up. I have 10 trades remaining btw.

i would go with talia.

has the best job security out of those 3.

he is also a high draft pick from 2009. number 13 i think.
