Downgrade options this week?

Is the only good one Lobbe? I'm thinking of doing an upgrade this week, and it looks to be pretty bare...
I may be facing a donut this week in the fwds, depending on C-Rich playing, and i was gonna do an fwd upgrade next week after the Freo bye, to get Pav/Fyfe. Not too keen on SJ/Chappy due to finals bye. So it looks as if Cloke or ROK are  the only options, but ROK hasnt had his bye and I've got Goodes, and Cloke comes with his own question marks.

What do you think, cop the potential donut this week or trade? 10 trades left.
