roo boys!

Aaron Black has been coming along for a while now, I said it a few months ago, he's going to be a good player in the future!

He kicked 5 for North Ballarat yesterday in the Roosters win, so now both our affiliate teams have beaten Bendigo (Essendon :D) 8)

For Werribee, McIntosh was best on ground, still pushing for selection. 3 goals for the big man. Ben Ross back up a stellar performance last week with another mention in the best (just behind McIntosh)

Go Roos!

Great news, I really want to get Hamish back for the future. He's still got a lot of footy to play (26), that's 5+ years of having a AA ruck duo.

Also good news is Black having a standout game, I've been hearing a lot of bull flop how he's been playing alright while having less than 10 touches and a goal or so a game. 3+ goals each game in the VFL is what I'd like to be seeing. It's sad to say we have Drew going to retire within 4-5 years, so we need Black to start getting ready to take over as the main forward.

I'm assuming Ross played another good game? He's really pushing to be selected like Mullett did, but from a 98 point win it's hard to see who'd get dropped for you. Unless Ziebells injury is going to take a couple of weeks to return from.

Yeah I think it would be tough for Ross to break into the side for the last two games, with Liam Anthony also pushing for selection...

Liam Anthony's days are probably done in Kangaroos tbh. It's a little sad because he's obviously talented, but we just have some much midfield depth. He'll be looked at by other teams and we'll get a 5th round selection or some crappy pick for him.

Sounds about right. I'm hoping he stays, he's a ball magnet, but he would probably want out anyway, could be a top 2-3 midfielder at another club (GWS a chance)
