The Exteam Feature

How do we make this feature work?
I want to get my players lit up in different colours in live scoring (I've heard that's what the exteam feature does?)
I've got my team in and selected but I don't know where to go from there.

There is a button at the top that says "add players to watchlist". Click it and you are good :)

wait what?!?! I didn't even know there was a feature and am always like- where the flower is adam goodes...

Yeah I just hate having to scan all the names and to see the lime green +6 next to your backmen is just 8)
