Help improve my overall ranking

Where to from now im sitting comfortable on my ladder and will make the finals in a cash league but i want to improve my overall ranking, right now im sitting just outside 24k and with 8 trades left and $241,900 left in the kitty who should i upgrade and which section should i work on.

Backs: Deledio, Gibbs, Rawlings, H Shaw, R Shaw, Heppell, Lower (Goddard, Otten, Toy)
Mids: Ablett, Pendleburry, Murphy, Bartel, Dangerfield, Kerr (Montanga, Phillips, Polec)
Rucks: Cox, Smith (Bailey, Campbell)
Forwards: J Riewoldt, Pavlich, Higgins, Green, Didak, Mzungu, N Riewoldt (Franklin, Smith, Pitt)

Imo R Shaw and Dangerfield should be moved on and bring in Fisher and Swan. Fisher will have to wait till next week as the Saints have the bye this week

NRoo also has the bye. Bartel is likely to miss a few also, could even be season ending which could force the trade.

Swan is a must this week.

Yeah i am thinking Rhyce Shaw has to go and the trade to Fisher looks promising, Dangerfield to Swan also looms as a must
Why is Bartels concussion a season ender? Its just going to be a week if that

Supposedly Bartel was really struggling after the match and still has some lingering effects from the bump he recieved so they are being extra careful with him seeing he has a history of head knocks
