thinking of next week upgrading Iles to Chapman then subbing him forward for Mzungu...
then holding out for a few weeks before I downgrade Smith and upgrade Darling to a premium forward..
thoughts ?

Before finalising trade remember you need cover for Swan and Pendles and Buckley is your emergency for Pies Bye next week.  I would hold the trade for a week unless you have adequate cover. Don't think that you can get around with MPP and have adequate coverage for all positions.
Apart from that your team is good and your are in a sound position with 10 trades at this stage of season.
Plan for future is sound although I am keeping Darling as F7/8 as I think he will average 70/80 for rest of year and will be good bench cover for finals especially if West Coast are still vying for positions in the eight as their draw for final four games  is Melbourne, Essendon, Brisbane, Adelaide. I would possibly look at upgrading Lynch when he maxes out in a couple of weeks.

well next week (pies bye) I'll sub Buckley down back put-on stefan Martin averaging an 80..
putting Goddard into the mids... then trade Iles to chappy for swans coverage with the option to put him forward instead of mungu..

So my 10 trades would be
- Iles to chappy
- down Martin to rookie (300k)
- smith down to rookie (300k)
- darling/lynch to premium forward
leaving 6 for finals..
- no trades first week,
- Selwood and chappy out week 2
- Gibbs and Judd out week 2 (Gibbs upgraded)
- Heppel out and upgrade whoever isn't performing.

what do you think ?

Good plan but obviously you need to review on a week to week basis to ensure you are maximising your trades and cash.
Look at B/e of players and trade out rookies who have reached b/e and before price starts to fall and then get prem who has bottomed out. Be prepared to adjust plan to meet bargains as they arise.
Maybe a slight change as you will be cashed up is for first week of finals look to upgrade 2 rookies depending on cash available to prems.  This way you may be able to bench Geelong and Carlton players rather than trading especially as you only have one in each line.
No use having cash at end of finals and loosing league due to trading out of prems with byes.
As an example if you trade say Wallis to Priddis you cover both Selwoods and Judds bye with both then being available for final when you make it. Just something to think about but everyone has own strategy. My strategy was trying for final onslaught to have 8 prem backs, 7 prem mids and 8 prem forwards to cover final byes for and prem until LTI's forced use of 4 trades so I am now only sitting on 8 and still a couple of upgrades to go.
