Needing To Improve!

Needing to improve my team, backs and fowards, mids are finished and i need to upgrade on of them first, just don't know which one.


Backs: Adcock, Goddard, Gibbs, Enright, Deledio, Heppel, Hibberd


Fowards: Franklin, Pavlich, Sylvia, Riewoldt, Riewoldt, Krakouer, Matera, Mzungu.

but i want to get rid of Ryder, fast and not sure what to do, i have Sandilands on the bench and i have the feeling Ryder is going to be out soon.

help please.
