if you go to SC strategy i have made a couple of threads about next year, check out the one about backs and at the top it says 'i will only take one player in any line from each club (unless they are rookies)' well, something along those lines :P

i had fisher, gilbert and goddard all season
then got gram late
they were all good pickups and all pretty much on the same line as eachother...

True,but what I am saying is you can take one of the top 5 draft picks for a cheaper price than Fev and they will have less chance of getting injured than ol' Fevvy. But yeah, I am also steering clear cos I want to get JB.

Must say I agree if you want one you should avoid the other.

What I am thinking as well Mc.
Might be good to make fast cash, but I am till thinking I would rather pick up Brown cheap will give me better scores and be a keeper.

The only reason i am doing it is because of the bye, if there was no bye i would not worry about choosing a couple in the same line

Yeah that is definitely a good idea.
And I wouldn't be taking more than 3 from a team (bar rookies) and would more often go with 2.

unless it is past midway in the season and they have had both byes, but at the start, one on each line except rookies
