Rate and comments for a mate!!!!

Hey all
I am just wondering what you can suggest for me to climb back up the rankings
I used to be about 5,000 and then had a score of 1790 and 1810 during the school holidays and didnt have internet access for 2 weeks so i couldnt do my team!!!I know i am to far of the pace to challange but i want to at least hit the top 10k. I am sitting about 16k now!

My team is:

Goddard, Gibbs, Delidio, Shaw, Rawlings, Broughton, Heppell (Jacobs, Puopolo, Coad)

Swan, Boyd, Pendas, Selwood, Montagna, Dal Santo (Mzunga, Hibbard, Conca)

Cox, Smith (Fraser, Keefe)

Chapman, Franklin, Goodes, Nick Riewalt, Knights, Jack Riewalt, Krak (Tom Lynch, Richarson, Harper)

The trades i am going to do in the next few weeks...

Round 11:
Krak to Sylvia
Conca to Callingnan

Then once Sandi comes back upgrade Fraser to Sandi.....

This will leave me with 8 trades and a very strong team!!!

Can you please give my team a rate and a comment and how i can reach my top 10k ranking what i want so i can hold my head abit higher than i am now :(
