Ruck/Forward emergency question

Just before I go into it, my current ruck/forward lines;
Rucks: Petrie and Smith
Moran (Emg), Cox (Bye)

Forwards: Sylvia, Franklin, Zaharakis, Chapman, Mzungu, Richardson, Knights (Emg- unlikely to play).
Darling (Bye), Lynch (Out), Tippett (DPP Link)

If I have Moran emg in the rucks and Knights is out, would Petrie automatically swap with Tippett and go in for Knights with Moran coming in, or will it just leave it like this and leave me a juicy donut?

swap petrie into your forwards and put tippett on your ruck bench. moran is in the selected side, so play him with smith in the

ruck. put knights on the bench and put him as sub in case he does play
