Mid premiums who is to sit out?

Can anybody shed some insight into which of my Mids should be on the bench this week.
I have a tight game this round and I always seem to rest the wrong players!
(eg Boyd was my C last week)

Mids
Boyd, Sheilds, A Swallow, Swan, GAJ, Watson, bench Pendlebuy, M Duncan(not prem) & Buckley (out).

Any constructive sugestions?

well for starters but pendles in. i would probably rest shiels

Pend usually struggles against Swans? But I'm not convinced that leaving my highest average player is wise!

Hawks vs Essendon tonight.. I'd seriously consider sitting Watson on the pine as the hawks have dominated possession against most opposition all season.

Swallow will deffinately be in your bottom 2 I'd say.... but I'd guess Watson is going to stink it up.

Shiels has averaged 117 over the last 6 weeks! Keep on the train!
