Midfield Upgrade

Hey guys,

Going to downgrade Otten, Duigan or Lower this week to get Puopolo.
Then with the cash I'm going to upgrade Atley. I've got enough money to get any Midfielder I want. But I'm strongly considering Hodge cause he's so cheap, and he scored massively last week.

My mids are currently: Swan, Sylvia, J Selwood, Gibbs, Libertore, and Heppel/Hibberd. (Atley, Harris, Bewick)

What are peoples thoughts?

If you can get anyone get the best available. So jump on Boyd or Pendles.

i'm actually downgrading either toy, lower or duigan to pops and the upgrading prestia in the mids. still debating between mundy and boyd. hodge is very tempting at that price but i would like another 100+ or 2 next to his name. just a bit worried with the influx of kids into the side, smith, shiels, savage,pops etc

Your mids bench will be too rich.I would go.

Atley > I.Smith

Harris/ Heppell/ Libba > Boyd.

Yeah I could get Boyd or Pendles but I'm thining that if Hodge averages 100 or so for the rest of the year I will be happy if I picked him up and if Boyd averages 120 for the rest of the year then I'm only losing 20 points a round. I reckon I could use the 150k or so that I'd save with Hodge to get maybe Gary Ablett/Marc Murphy/Mitchell in for Hibberd/Jacobs in a few weeks or upgrade one of my backs.

I considered getting I. Smith in, but Otten and Lower are killing me in the backs and I reckon Puopolo could be a good 7th defender for the rest of the season and don't wanna miss the boat

i agree with korza but i think u still need to down 1 of those 3 defenders [ lower or toy ] and grab pops make the cash and get boyd/mundy

I think I'm gonna go Lower to Puopolo, Atley to Hodge, then next week Bewick to Mzungu, Harris to Ablett
