Thoughts on Suckling

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are and if people have decided whether they are bringing him in or not. I am thinking he will be my last addition to my backline.

I think Puopolo will average 80+ and I may therefore not need to make another upgrade.

However if I were to think Puopolo was going to be average I'd probably be going Lower > Rook  and Stanley > Suckling.

However I'm still not fully convinced on Suckling but at his price he's going great guns anyway. That said I have no backline downgrade targets anyway, so I'd have to downgrade in the fwd line for it to really be an option. I already have: Hibberd and Jacobs (only real worthy backline downgrades I can think of)

I have brodie smith, B/E of 103 I believe :S Will be getting rid of him for jacobs whether i bring in suckling or not

we have to remember that puopolo and suckling play compltely diffrent roles then gilham and stratton

Admittedly i don't know a whole lot about the hawks backline but I would assume the guerra and birchall are the rebounding defenders ? With two of their a-grade backmen out they shouldn't being in vfl standard players just to play the lockdown defender role. Poo has played that negating role before?'and sucking seems to be a brilliant user of the ball and the hawks want in his hands. :)
