who to upgrade and downgrade first?

the amount of rookies i have to upgrade or downgrade is killing me.

i have duigan, harris, swallow, prestia, matera, tapscott, richardson, bewick. i also have toy but i want/hope him to make more, i have lower and lthompson too but they are probably later.

ive got 55k in the bank and thinking of getting goodes in soon. with grimes injured, how will i make the cash to get him in...say...next week?

downgrade duigan first? or richo/prestia/bewick who are not playing? wont get money to get goodes though? where do i get the cash or do i have to wait extra long until they peak in price?
