Even though Tappys BE is lower that Fyfe's..  Fyfe's average is way more than tapscott.

Eg.  Tapscott:  BE of 27 & an average of 60 odd.  ( = roughly 33 above BE)
       Fyfe:        BE of 44 & an average of 100 odd ( = roughly a 56 above average)
