yes but he's only recently come back for rest at his family's place - he's only going to be doing really light stuff to see how his body reacts. midseason he play afl... good downgrade target

Good, I'd say an excellent downgrade target

just quietly:

22 disp, 1 mark and 1 tackle vs west adelaide and
28 disp, 8marks and 3 tackles vs west torrens...

welcome to 75% of teams Benny Jacobs ;D

hopefully he turns into a Heppell 8)

Wes Mantooth

pretty damn nervous tonight...lots of clangers but i can't see him being dropped, they'll wanna push games into him.

RiOtChEsS

yeah i thought he showed plenty of promise just needs a few more under his belt ;)

Wes Mantooth

really gripes me though the way people abuse kids playing their first game on the chat if they dont score 65+

RiOtChEsS

chat is horrendous at times... idk if they r ppl on the forum aswell with different names so they can play up or what but ive left chat on several occasions usually over guys attacking m0nty as it infuriates me... more times than not il go in and just watch scores 8)

BJ is gonna be good tho 14 touches 5 tackles against the swans at the scg when ur team gets belted isnt bad at all...

hawk_88

Will be a good player. And SC/DT scores don't always measure the quality of a performance. He might have gone out and done exactly what was expected of him. Will he be a good fantasy player this year... who knows but I am glad I have an extra week to find out. Sucks for all of those who brought in rookies (like Smith and Hibberd) before they had played two games....

Anyway, back to the drinking, don't know why I am reading the forums as the pub....

for some of us hawka, going for best overall position - there was no choice, I needed a back on the field.

besides im not so sure about hibberd's j/s. i think jacobs should be fairly safe... primus will be playing kids all season.

nas

Agree with the Hibberd bit as his J/S is very risky as took 2 players to be out just for him to get a run. Deffinately NOT on my radar.

With Jacobs will see if he gets another go so will be watching closely myself.

roo boys!

Pretty good debut IMO. Will be watching closely again next week, should be ripe for a Luke Thompson or Toy downgrade.

the thing that stood out to me was he was prepared to do 1%'s and Pt certainly need those types...

Salopek got pushed off the pill by the herculean Lewis Jetta last night it was so pathetic Roosy and Chiefton were bagging him on air :-X

Yep, Sal certainly has not lived up to his draft hype... injuries I know but good players overcome these.
