so my team is:

backs: god, lids, gibbs, grimes, heppell, duigan, toy (otten, lower, broughts)
mids: swan, boyd, murphy, swallow, harris, krak (bewick, hibberd, bartel)
ruc: cox, petrie (sandi, okeefffe)
fwds: sylvia, voldt, darlign, tapscott, matera, prestia, higgins (franklin, richardson, jtippett)

thinking of going otten > l.thompson unless any better option and then richardson > harper? thoughts? any better options? really dont like these trades...

Yep, seems a pretty common trade pattern there. Wait for final teams, as heppell could be named. Sub krak for hibberd, then prestia for krak, and you may be able to cover the dohnuts there if krak plays. Alternately, sub hibberd for heppell, and then you only really have to trade in harper.

Overall or league? if league, don't bother.
