Will Broc McCauley play more than 3 games? I dont watch much BL football, and neither do I know there players?  :-\

Im thinking...

Z. Smith > Broc McCauley
C. Richardson > J. Riewoldt

Would leave me with my FWd line complete (Didak, Goodes, N. Riewoldt, Harvey, Pavlich, J. Riewoldt, and either Matera, Dixon or Prestia as seventh).

My rucks are Sandi+Cox (Cox has a Rnd 15 bye where I will need to cover him, Sandi (touch wood) wont have another bye)

Thoughts?

Edit: Sorry, I just saw the topic three posts down....

Bad move. Keep Smith, still plenty of room to rise in value and would be a good 3rd ruck. You are only going to make $70K from the trade, not really worth it.
Why is everyone hating on Richardson? He got 14. Sure it is poor, but he was the sub. He came on in Q4. If he scored 14 every quarter, he would have surpassed his average. I would be surprised if the Kangas dropped him. I mean hell, they played Sam Wright most of last year.
Go for J Riewoldt if you want, I'm assuming you know he will likely be very inconsistent. That last ton came against the Kangas. They don't have fantastic tall defenders. I think Grima was on him, having a pretty poor season. Hardwick was also saying in the preseason that he wanted to spread out the goal kicking more so they weren't relying on Jack.

I am also looking at that same trade (Smith > McCauley), my dilemma is that regardless of who I pick, they will b on the field (Sandilands=bye) with Petrie.   My thoughts with McCauley is that he will play while J Brown is out as they've been playing leuenberger more up forward in his absence.  That is just my opinion, but with the lions playing the tigers this week, it may be a good chance to collect some cash before his price jumps.  In relation to the Riewoldt trade, Im inclined to agree with the above response in that J Roo can be inconsistent without the help of other talls in the fwd line, but sometimes the highs outweigh the lows, he will still see plenty of the ball, and I wouldnt look too much into what hardwick said about getting a spread of goals, i believe this comment has been misinterpreted.  My opinion is that they still want Jack to kick 70, but they need more input from others on top of Jack's contribution.  Hopefully, this helps make ur decision.  Cheers  :)
