Wondering what players to trade into your side when upgrade time comes. These players will all average above 95, probably 100 and have had great starts to 2011. Here are my best buys.

Defence:
C.Newman - New scoring system favours his style of kicking long. Good, efficient kick of the footy.
B.Gibbs - Cheap after a few below par performances, get on now if you don't have Gibbs.
C.Enright - Can't go past the consistent Cat. Gets the footy, kicks it efficiently and plays for a high possession team.
H.Shaw - Plays for the best team in the league, wins contested footy and loves a long run. Can be caught out by a forward tag.

Midfield:
Dane Swan and Scott Pendulbury - If you don't have them, get them. They gets contested footy, are consistent, kick goals and play for the best team in the league. What more do you want.
Jobe Watson - Under-priced and having a cracking start to Season 2011.
Gary Ablett - Will be cherry ripe for picking after his Rnd 9 bye.
Jimmy Bartel - After the departure of Ablett, Bartel has stepped up and looks in fine touch.
Marc Murphy - Unique, Scoring Well and with Judd copping the #1 tag looks to be a terrific buy.
Smokies - Andrew Embley and Jude Bolton - Both have stunned the SC Public with terrific starts to 2011. Unique and Underpriced.

Forwards:
Matthew Pavlich - Gun. Playing midfield, consistent and has a great history of scoring well.
Alan Didak - Will be underpriced due to a injury interrupted start to the year.
Lance Franklin and Cyril Rioli - The Hawthorn duo have been terrific thus far and should both average above 110.
Chris Dawes - Plays for the best team in the comp so their is terrific delivery to him. Look for him to average 100+.

Uniques for Each Position

Defence:
Troy Chaplin - A shining light in the Port Spudadelaide Team. Good price and very consistent.
Heath Scotland - High Scoring Carlton DEF/MID player who is averaging 106 in 2011.

Midfield:
Andrew Embley and Jude Bolton - See Original Post.
Brent Maloney - High scoring Melbourne Midfielder, capable of big scores. (152SC in Rnd 4)
Jarrad Blair - Suprisingly consistent but does play for Collingwood. 2011 Avg. 106.

Forwards:
Travis Cloke - Plenty of supply being in the Collingwood team.
Chris Mayne - Averaging 90ppg in 2011 due to 8 goals and 25 tackles. :)

I had Cloke in my team before I was egged on to trade him to krak (but bring in Goddard) :P. Certainly one to look at for me! Contested Marks and Goals are great for SC so can score quite well. Kicking woes seem to be fixed as well 8).

I like SCotland but only for DT as he is a possession machine but at times doesn't use them all that well ;). Not to say he can't be greta at SC :P.

For an unique, I'd say look at Rischitelli ahead of Ablett as an upgrade target. Sure Ablett is a Champ, but teams can pay more attention to him now with all the rookies around him. Riska though goes undetected and has been off to a cracking start to the season and looks to be the front runner for B&F this season for the Suns. Just my view as he could be my one and only upgrade in the midfield this season (5 Premiums started with and working wonders).

*Peace Out Pplz.

What about Brennan as a forward? He is a really good contested ball winnner and tackler. If GC play him in the centre where he belongs, he might average 95 over the year - which is excellent for a forward. I'll be looking to bring him in instead of Didak.

nas

Would have to throw Mundy there (IMO) from Freo as tearing it up a bit ATM

Nyn

(somewhat)Unique Backs that should average 90-110
Scottland, Mattner, Grundy, Ladson, Carrazzo

Unique Mids that should average 100-125
Mundy, Priddus, Embley, Scottland, Molony, Bolton, Thommas

Rucks
Otten, Clarke

FWDs (85-100)
Zaharakis, Kennedy, Waite, Mcpharlin

Few i have eyed off... dont want to many tho but all those mids are smashing it

supercoach addict

Good list but don't agree with Dawes. He's not SC premium quality IMO.
