midfield help please..

Hi all
I hope your year has started well....I just need help on which rounds would be the best to trade my midfield cows out...

At the moment my midfield is swam,boyd,dal santo,jack,swallow,conca,harris,pittard and libba.I want to make my midfield swan,ablett,boyd,pends,selwood and maybe bartel or montagna asap and I have plenty of cash cows there I just don't know when to trade them.....can people please help me construct a trade plan please.....I have no money in the bank now :(

no money makes it a bit tighter.

so based on what info is there,

dal santo, jack, swallow. conca (harris pittard libba) to ablett, pendles, selwood montagna

ablett in rd 10 (this one will take a bit to get the money together)
Pendles rd 8 for jack (why are you offloading jack)
selwood rd 7
montagna for dal santo (why are you getting rid of dal santo)

harris out by rd 9 if possible
conca out by 11
pittard by 12
libba out by peak
