What to do with Hurley and Suban?

I have both in my backline, and Hurley can't be moved into the forwards. I'm thinking Hurley to Gram, and then Suban to Enright in two weeks time. But Toy's negative BE is killing me, do I get him in instead? Thanks in advance.

Don't worry about Toy you can't get every rookie if you go after every rookie you will soon run out of trades. Go with your original idea.
